Emphasizing aspects like reconditioning, cardio conditioning, connective tissue remodeling, and holistic health improvement, the SALT program begins with an assessment to determine your current fitness level and symptoms. This enables us to align you with the most suitable starting point. We offer continual guidance and support throughout your journey, with the option to include personalized one-on-one coaching.

Comprising 12 levels and a full year of structured programming, the SALT program provides flexibility in workout settings – at home, in the gym, or both. Our objectives not only include reducing standing heart rate but also stabilizing blood pressure, minimizing adrenaline surges, and alleviating symptoms. Additionally, we provide education on lifestyle factors like nutrition and stress management that can influence POTS and EDS symptoms.

For those who are bed or couch-bound, a bonus Pre-Salt level is offered to ensure a safe and gradual transition towards the main program. This preparatory stage fosters strength building and confidence while prioritizing safety and health.
